My Littles Hub ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of you and your children. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
We collect information you provide about your children including: names, dates of birth, health tracking data (feeding, sleep, diapers, growth measurements, medications, vaccinations, milestones), photos you upload, and account information (email address).
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the My Littles Hub tracking and insights service. This includes: displaying your tracking history, generating growth charts and trends, providing age-appropriate milestone suggestions, generating schedule comparisons, and sending email summaries you configure.
AI processing
Some features use Amazon Bedrock AI services to analyze photos and generate insights. When you use these features, your data is processed within our secure AWS infrastructure. AI models do not retain your data after processing. You will be asked for explicit consent before any AI feature processes your data for the first time.
How we store your data
All data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest using AES-256 (AWS KMS) and encryption in transit using TLS 1.3. Your data is stored in the United States. We use Amazon Cognito for authentication and Amazon DynamoDB for data storage.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your children's data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared with AWS services necessary to operate the app. Email summaries are sent only to addresses you configure.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
My Littles Hub collects data about children as provided by their parent or legal guardian. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect data directly from children. We do not use children's data for behavioral advertising. We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA) for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You can: view all data we have about your children within the app, export your data at any time, delete individual entries or entire child profiles, delete your account and all associated data permanently from Settings > Delete Account. Data deletion requests are processed immediately.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data — including tracking entries, child profiles, and uploaded photos — is permanently deleted immediately.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services: • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure, storage, authentication • Amazon Bedrock — AI features (opt-in only) • Amazon Transcribe — voice features (opt-in only) No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are included.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
